Alliance Data Systems Corp. announced today it has secured $1.4 billion in new funding for its private-label credit card portfolio.

CitiGroup Inc. has signed an agreement with FreeCause Inc., a company that helps nonprofit groups market themselves through Internet networking sites, to create a campaign on the Facebook Inc. Web site. Citi hopes to raise $250,000 this month for the Susan G. Komen For The Cure foundation, which supports efforts to cure breast cancer.
