Aloha Online Ordering enables patrons to order food online and store their payment information for future orders. Buffalo Wild Wings will add online ordering to its existing NCR systems to handle payments in its restaurants and off-site.

"The combination of the [point of sale] solution and online ordering have allowed us to operate with greater efficiency and engage guests for greater sales," says Karen Bird, vice president of technology at Buffalo Wild Wings, in a press release.

Duluth, Ga.-based NCR is one of many technology providers targeting the restaurant industry with point of sale technology. Buffalo Wild Wings has also tested a tablet-based payment system from Hubworks Interactive LLC.
