Cardlytics, which provides card-linked marketing technology, has hired Jim Morgan to be its chief financial officer, a new position.

Morgan previously worked at Liaison Technologies Inc., a data management and integration company. At Cardlytics, he will lead the finance and accounting teams. He will be based in Atlanta, where Cardlytics is headquartered.
"Jim comes at a pivotal point for Cardlytics," said Scott Grimes, CEO of Cardlytics, in a July 23 press release. "His global financial management expertise - and depth of experience in navigating significant growth - is exactly what we need to take the company to the next level."
