FICO, formerly called Fair Isaac Corp., has expanded its relationship with Middle East and Africa sales partner PIC Solutions to include the insurance and retail sectors, the financial services company announced Wednesday.
PIC Solutions will develop new business in those sectors while continuing to work with financial services clients under an unspecified multi-year agreement. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, PIC Solutions provides sales and support for all FICO products - including software support and maintenance, training, consulting, professional services and project management.
FICO is based in Minneapolis. The company last month said its FICO Labs was awarded eight new patents by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office covering credit score interpretation, fraud detection, credit line optimization and other analytics (
