InComm in Atlanta has promoted Phil Graves to president.
Graves had been executive vice president since 2008 at the prepaid card maker, and he has worked at InComm since 1997. In his new position, Graves will report to Brooks Smith, chief executive.
“Phil has built an impressive history of strategic and operations accomplishments," Smith said in a Tuesday news release.
Graves focuses on customer acquisition and operational oversight, according to the company.
