POS System Adds ISO Payment Service

Vero Beach, Fla.-based PointOS Professional, a point-of-sale system maker for restaurants and bars, says today it has chosen Merchant Warehouse Inc., a Boston-based independent sales organization, as its exclusive payment card company. Merchants using PointOS will be prompted to apply for an account with Merchant Warehouse. Transactions connect to processors via Merchant Warehouse's online payment gateway. The integration means merchants no longer store sensitive transaction data on these systems, PointOS says. Merchant Warehouse tells CardLine sister publication ISO&Agent Weekly that it works with more than 400 POS software developers and resellers that send it merchant referrals.
