Pose Mobile Point of Sale Removes Monthly Fee

San Francisco-based Pose, one of the many companies in the cloud-based mobile point of sale market, aims to differentiate itself by eliminating its $49 monthly subscription fee.

Pose's point of sale system supports multiple languages and currencies and includes an analytics platform and loyalty programs.

"The reality is that vendors in our space have been living high on the hog charging SMBs for both usage of the product coupled with transaction fees that they also collect," says Dror Liwer, CEO of Pose, in a July 21 press release.

Pose charges a fee of 1.09% plus 10 cents per transaction, supporting payments through partnerships with card processors.
