UniRush, Visa Renew Agreement

UniRush LLC prepaid cardholders will be able to reload their cards on the Visa ReadyLink reload network as part of an expanded agreement between UniRush and Visa Inc. The two companies announced Thursday they had renewed their long-standing agreement in which San Francisco-based Visa will continue to offer RushCard, which is targeted to financially underserved consumers. Buffalo, N.Y.-based M&T Bank issues the Rush card. Neither Visa nor UniRush disclosed the agreement's terms. Visa ReadyLink enables RushCard cardholders to add funds to their cards at 50,000 retail locations, including supermarkets and convenience stores, nationwide. UniRush Financial Services is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
