Wirecard, a digital payments company based in Germany, has partnered with Five by Five, a software provider in Croatia, to provide mobile point of sale technology to small businesses.

Under an agreement announced Jan. 8, Wirecard will manage businesses' use of AgentCASHFive by Five's mobile register systemby setting up card readers and managing payment terminals.
The collaboration will allow Five-by-Five "to position AgentCASH as an independent brand," said Saša Šarunic, the company's chief executive, in a press release.
The software will be initially available in Croatia, though Five by Five plans to launch the platform in other of EU countries, according to the release.
