BADEN, Penn. – Ambridge Area FCU has opened a student branch in Ambridge Area High School.

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah First FCU said it is moving its headquarters into a building it recently acquired in the downtown area here.

SAN ANTONIO – Security Service FCU has signed with Stripes LLC to provide its members with access to ATMs at 500 Stripes and Town & Country convenience stores in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

REDLANDS, Calif.–Arrowhead Credit Union has installed an Ice Bear unit to provide demand-reducing air conditioned cooling for its branch here, and is projecting it will be able to reduce the air conditioning peak demand by more than 20% at the 5,500 square foot facility.

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Washington State Employees CU, the state’s second largest credit union, celebrated a grand opening yesterday for its new headquarters here, a five-story, 130,000 square-foot building on the downtown’s Union Avenue.

ABILENE, Texas – Abilene Teachers FCU broke ground yesterday on a two-story building here that will serve as new headquarters and a branch for the $270 million credit union.

BATON ROUGE, La. – KeyPoint FCU plans to expand next year in Ascension Parish with a new branch in Prairieville.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ESL FCU will enter Genesee County with a branch in Batavia to open in late 2010, officials announced Thursday.

PHOENIX – Arizona FCU, which has been fighting one of the worst economies in the country, said yesterday it plans to close eight more branches in 2010 to help cut expenses.
