THREE RIVERS, Mich. – The former president of St. Joseph Valley Community FCU, merged out two weeks ago, was charged last week with embezzling more than $100,000 from the tiny credit union by paying herself 18 extra weeks’ salary and for numerous days she was off on disability pay.
