    On May 20, 2013, a cataclysmic tornado tore through Moore, Oklahoma, destroying everything in its path. Or almost everything. Tinker FCU's branch was decimated by the cyclone, but the members and staff who were inside the branch when tornado hit were able to barricade themselves inside the branch vault and made it through alive.
