Chase Offers Online Small-Business Cash Management System

Chase Card Services said on Tuesday that it offers an online invoicing and cash management system for small-business customers using its Ink product.

The new system, Zip, is powered by third-party service provider PaySimple. The Web application is free to Ink customers and allows users to access the invoicing system anytime online, Chase Card Services, a unit of JPMorgan Chase & Co., said in a press release. The service also features prepared customized invoices with a business logo and address and the ability to track bill numbers, taxes and late payments.

Customers can upgrade to Zip Pro, which offers additional features, for a monthly fee. Zip Pro accepts all forms of payments, automatically debits customers' bank accounts or credit cards for recurring payments and can create reports that allow cash flow and payments to be tracked and exported using accounting software.
