SBT said Monday that Richard Sudol will succeed Anthony Bisceglio, who is retiring from the $382 million-asset company. Sudol spent more than four years as the CFO of Florida Shores Bank and has held management posts at financial firms such Riverside Bank of Florida and Webster Bank.

"We are very pleased to have Richard Sudol join our team," Martin Geitz, SBT's president and chief executive, said in the release. "Rich has extensive experience at both regional and community banks, and in a variety of roles. He brings to us a depth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial planning, reporting and control activities that we need as we continue to implement our growth strategies."
