CU Realty Services, a real estate credit union service organization, announced that three Florida credit unions have adopted its “HomeAdvantage” turnkey real estate program in order to “better serve their members and to give themselves a marketing advantage in a booming housing market.”
This raises the number of Florida credit unions partnering with CU Realty Services to 12, encompassing more than 1.3 million members across the state.
The three newest credit unions to implement the program in Florida are:
- GTE Financial Credit Union (based in Tampa; $1.98 billion in assets)
- Launch Federal Credit Union (Merritt Island; $750 million)
- Velocity Community Credit Union (Palm Beach Gardens; $335 million)

Under HomeAdvantage, members will have access to online real estate tools and support they need to buy and sell their homes, including online property listings, recent sales data, neighborhood demographics, and a network of reputable real estate agents, among other features.
“Florida is a hot real estate market, with home prices and sales expected to be on the rise this year,” Tina Powers, chief operating officer of CU Realty Services, told Credit Union Journal by email. “We’re thrilled to be a part of this growth and have the opportunity to partner with credit unions who truly want to help make their member’s journey to homeownership less stressful and less costly.”
