The deal is part of CU Solutions Group’s focus on “member-centric credit union growth plans and marketing technology solutions,” the credit union service organization said on Tuesday. Earlier this year, CU Solutions, which is majority-owned by the Michigan Credit Union League, was part of a group that acquired a majority stake in the credit union business of AffirmX.

MemberXP has a staff of 11 and serves more than 100 credit unions with an average asset size of $750 million. It offers products that help institutions gather member feedback through mystery shopping. It will continue to operate under its own name but its branding with align with CU Solutions, according to a press release.

“MemberXP provides an exciting opportunity for CUSG and specifically for our Marketing Solutions, LLC,” Dave Adams, president and CEO of CU Solutions Group, said in a press release. “The additional capabilities strengthen and extend the services offered by both MemberXP and CUSG and enhance our complete solutions approach. With a range of high-profile clients, the acquisition of MemberXP supports our shared plans to help credit unions meet increasing demands by their members for seamless online and offline interactions.”
