Dover Federal Credit Union in Dover, Del., has appointed Chaz Rzewnicki as chief executive officer of the $445 million-asset institution.
Effective November 1, Rzewnicki will take over as CEO, succeeding David Clendaniel who is retiring after 27 years of service.
Rzewnicki most recently served in the role of vice president of member services for Dover Federal, and in his 15 years at the credit union has worked in the areas of sales, service, lending, operations, compliance, branch and call center administration, and more.
"The board is very excited to promote Chaz to the CEO position," board chair Jeannette Schuler said in a statement.
Rzewnicki obtained his degree in Business Administration from Baker College in Flint Township, Mich., and will earn his Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership from Central Michigan University later this fall.
