ATLANTA – Federal antitrust regulators approved CheckFree Corp.’s acquisition of Corillian Corp., marrying the two providers of online banking services to banks and credit unions, CheckFree announced yesterday. The company said it then completed the $5.15-a-share, $245 million acquisition of Corillian. It was the second major deal in the last two months for CheckFree, which acquired Carekker Corp. for $180 million in March.
