SAN FRANCISCO – The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, which pays one of the best dividends among FHLBs, said yesterday it plans to raise its fourth quarter payout to 5.37%. That’s up from the 4.67% paid in the fourth quarter last year, but down slightly from the 5.54% paid in this year’s third quarter. The San Francisco Bank has about 340 members, including some 40 credit unions.
