Fiserv Acquires Health BenefitsProvider

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (07/07/05) -- Fiserv said Wednesday it hasacquired Administrative Services Group Inc., a Lexington, Ky.-basedemployee benefits plan administrator. ASGI markets its self-fundedservices under the name Commonwealth Administrators LLC, primarilyto companies in Kentucky and Indiana. The company is the largestadministrator of trade association health plans in Kentucky. Termsof the deal were not disclosed.
