HONOLULU – Hickam FCU said yesterday it has signed with Open Solutions Inc.’s Imaged Payment Technologies Group’s outsourced services to integrate with its existing core platform, Open Solutions’ DNA.

Hickam FCU cited Open Solutions’ integration capabilities to its existing Open Solutions’ DNA core platform as a primary factor for selecting its image-enabled item processing system.
“Previously, we relied on our corporate credit union [WesCorp FCU] for processing all of our checks, but when they announced the closing of the paper item processing center in Honolulu, it became imperative to find a new system,” said Drezleen Oshiro, director of branch operations for Hickam FCU.
