COSTA MESA, Calif. – MeridianLink and DigitalMailer said they have entered into a partnership to integrate their online technologies to provide enhanced member communication and survey capabilities for loan origination and online account platforms.
Through the partnership, MeridianLink is incorporating DigitalMailer’s communication solutions into its two product lines: LoansPQ, an automated lending response system, and XpressAccounts, an automated account opening process.
MeridianLink, which has more than 500 financial institutions as customers, said among the new options will be next-day, automated surveys that collect feedback and instantly e-mail when low scores are received, personalized first-payment reminders 20 days after disbursement, onboarding new member activities, and cross-selling opportunities.
