NORFOLK, Va. --Navy FCU will be handing out $20 to the first 100 shoppers who participate in a cash mob event in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk this Saturday to celebrate local small businesses and the kick-off of National Small Business Week (June 17-21).

Representatives from the credit union will hand out free T-shirts and $20 "Navy Federal Loyalty Cards" to spend during a one-hour shopping spree, which will take place at participating local shops.
Shoppers are encouraged to return with their receipts after the spree for a chance to win prizes. Refreshments from Mermaid Winery will be served.
The event will be held rain or shine, and is open to all Navy Federal members and the general public.
