NCUA Awards New TIP Charters

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - (02/21/06) NCUA announced Friday it hasgranted two more TIP charters, allowing federal credit unions toserve entire trades, industries or professions in defined areas.The first will allow Natural Resources Conservation Services FCU,in Fort Worth, Texas, to serve as many as a million people who workin natural resources in 13 midwest and southwest states. The secondwill allow Hartford Police FCU, in Hartford, Ct., to serve anyoneworking in law enforcement in Hartford County.
