NCUA to host webinar on SBA lending programs

The National Credit Union Administration will hold a webinar for credit unions interested in Small Business Administration loan programs on Feb. 15 at 2:00 P.M.

The 90-minute session is free to attend, but registration is required.

Participating CUs will receive updates on the new SBA One automated lending program, as well as information on SBA’s Microenterprise Loan Program for CUs making loans of less than $50,000. An update on NCUA’s member business lending rule will also be provided.

The session will be hosted Vanessa Lowe, an economic development specialist in the regulator’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives, along with lending specialists from NCUA and SBA.

Questions can be submitted in advance by emailing WebinarQuestions@ncua.gov with the subject heading “SBA Opportunities for Credit Unions.”
