ALBUQUERQUE – New Mexico Educators FCU said yesterday it will pay members a special $1.7 million dividend at year-end. The payout will be based on both dividends earned and interest paid during the year by its 100,000 members. The $800 million credit union operates 11 branches and plans to open two more in February.
