SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Notre Dame FCU has rolled out Experian’s QAS Pro address verification solution in its branch locations and mortgage operations.
The address verification product is expected to reduce returned mail, improving operational efficiency and member experience.
The Experian QAS tool will be used for account opening, address changes and mortgage applications. Experian said the product will reduce the amount of returned mail the credit union receives from statements, on boarding materials and other important member documentation.
