DALLAS - (05/09/06) Stored payment card startupannounced Monday it has signed a deal with Payment Data Systems tolaunch its Billx.com teen prepaid stored value card and youthsavings program. Teenagers 13 and older, with parentspermission, qualify for the stored value card, while kids under 13are eligible for allowances to be deposited in a savings account.Payment Data Systems, of San Antonio, will also use PAYjrsprogram that teaches teens how to manage their money.
