MIDDLETOWN, R.I. – A 25-year financial services veteran and grandmother of three who serves as vice president at Peoples CU won a full scholarship, which will cover the tuition cost for the complete online business degree program of her choosing at the Boston-based New England College of Business and Finance.
Nancy Quick won the scholarship through a drawing held in conjunction with The Great New England Credit Union Show, held April 20, in Boxborough, Mass. NECB held its scholarship drawing April 26 to give credit union employees who could not attend the conference a chance to participate in the drawing.
Ten expo attendees also won on-site drawings entitling them to free tuition for one NECB online course.
The annual credit union event showcases seminars, services, equipment, and technology for members of the financial services industry in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
