SAN ANTONIO-Clarke American received the Southwest Supply Chain Forum's Excellence in Innovative Supply Management Award. Given in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the award distinguishes those companies who adhere to, and surpass, the best practices criteria set forth by the SWSC Forum.

Clarke American's Procurement and Supply Management department was recognized for utilizing and pioneering best practices in the pursuit of supply chain excellence.

TLCFCU Starts Check Solution

LINDEN, N.J.-Integrated Media Management announced that TLC Federal Credit Union, located in Tillimook, Ore., has successfully implemented its branch capture Check 21 solution. TLC FCU was the beta test site for the technology that captures check images at branches and transports them electronically to their main location and then to the Federal Reserve, eliminating transportation costs, saving time and reducing the potential for lost checks.

IMM's Check 21 solution has been implemented in all five of TLC FCU's branches, which are reporting an 85% pass rate on the checks that are scanned.

Indiana Members Selects ARA

DALLAS-The American Recovery Association, Inc. (ARA) has been selected by the Indiana Members Credit Union as their exclusive provider of collateral recovery services.

ARA will provide IMCU with their licensed recovery management software, powered by Recovery Database Network (RDN), a secure Web-based recovery management software application.

'Happyness' Talk At FSCC Event

SAN DIMAS, Calif.-Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC) announced Christopher P. Gardner as its keynote speaker for the FSCC Annual Meeting and Conference, June 25-27 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas.

The story of Gardner's life was published as an autobiography, "The Pursuit of Happiness," and is the subject of a new feature film starring Will Smith.
