FedComp Releases New Module

FAIRFAX, Va.-FedComp has released a new module to enhance it's TNG software solution. The company said its automated 5300 processing is now available for both the in-house and online versions of TNG. "With our automated 5300 report, credit unions can do in a few minutes what used to take hours, or days, to complete. In just a few keystrokes the credit union can compile, view, print, and electronically send their 5300 report directly to the NCUA," the company said.

CUDL Restructures Sales

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.-CU Direct Corporation, which administers the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) program, has restructured its sales activities and divided the U.S. into two divisions: Eastern and Western. Phil Maniaci has been named to oversee efforts in the East, including its Northeast, Mid Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest Business Units, spanning 28 states. The Western Division will be overseen by John Carrington and will include sales units in Northern California, Pacific Southwest, Northwest, South Central, Mountain States, and West Central states. CUDL has relationships with 6,474 auto dealerships and 509 credit unions.

Hawaii CU Selects Call Center

HILO, Hawaii-Hawaii Community FCU has become the latest to provide members with access to 24/7 service available through the Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC) shared branch network's 24/7 Custom Call Center Outlet. "The opportunity to be available 24/7 is part of our commitment to member service," says Tim Ashcraft, AVP-branch manager of the $278 million credit union. With 30,000 members, Hawaii Community plans to use the Custom Call Center Outlet as a supplement to its own call center for overflow and after-hours calls.
