New Horizons Chooses Elan Financial

ST. PAUL, Minn.-Elan Financial Services and New Horizons Credit Union of Cincinnati have joined forces for ATM and debit processing. New Horizons CU officials say they chose Elan for its extensive, surcharge free network of ATMs, which will allow it to serve members from Pennsylvania to Indiana.

Elan supports more than 37,000 ATMs and millions of cards around the nation.

CU Services Expands FairHomes

DALLAS-Credit Union of Texas-owned Credit Union Services, Inc. recently expanded its FairHomes real estate marketing programs to include local realtors in addition to credit union members. Credit Union Services officials say expanding the program will offer more consumers with less-than-perfect credit or first-time mortgages the chance to buy a home in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. FairHomes certifies homes with to ensure new appliances, interior condition and that they are up to market standards, officials say.

SharperLending Has Loan Prospector

MIAMI-SharperLending announced the successful integration of its v3.5 bundled services platform with Freddie Mac's automated underwriter service, Loan Prospector.

SharperLending officials say credit unions will be able to submit loans for a Freddie Mac decision and monitor the entire organization process from the SharperLending platform.
