Spire FCU Signs For Member Loyalty Group’s Satmetrix Score

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – Spire FCU has contracted with Member Loyalty Group for the company’s Satmetrix Net Promoter measuring member loyalty.

The company said its program allows credit unions to take action on member feedback in real time in an organization-wide effort to build loyalty, drive efficiency and, ultimately, improve bottom-line performance.

Member Loyalty Group is a CUSO working to help credit unions build member loyalty. The CUSO has an exclusive relationship with Satmetrix to bring its Net Promoter methodology to the credit union industry.
