FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – Teachers FCU is opening a new branch tomorrow in Oakdale, the $3.8 billion credit union’s 21st service facility.
The credit union was founded on Long Island in 1952, and has more than $3.8 billion in total assets.
"Opening our 21st branch marks a significant step for Teachers Federal Credit Union," Robert Allen, president of Teachers, said in a statement. "We are committed to providing our members with exceptional products and services as well as a network of convenient branch locations. The opening of this new branch in Oakdale demonstrates our commitment to serving members and the local communities."
