SAN DIEGO – Authorities are searching for a woman they believe held up three local institutions yesterday, including a branch of Mission FCU.

The spree began around 10 a.m. when the suspect handed a teller a holdup note at a Wells Fargo branch, continued at the credit union less than an hour later, and ended with a robbery at a Chase Bank branch.
The suspect is described as a heavy-set white woman in her late 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall. She was wearing jeans, a black shirt and a floppy hat.
