Alliance Data Systems (ADS) has signed a long-term agreement to provide private-label credit card services for retailer Stage Stores (SSI).
Under the agreement, Alliance's retail services business will continue to provide private-label credit card services geared toward increasing sales and brand loyalty, the companies said Monday. They also will collaborate to simplify Stage Stores' loyalty program.
Stage Stores, in Houston, Texas, has 836 stores in 40 states operating under several different names, including Bealls, Goody's and Palais Royal. It sells apparel, accessories, cosmetics and footwear. Alliance, in Dallas, Texas, has worked with Stage Stores since 2003; the new contract is scheduled to expire in 2021.
