1st Capital Bank in Monterey, Calif., said Tuesday that it has selected First Data Corp. for its online banking services.
"First Data's online banking solution offers … full account histories, enhanced alerts and online account opening," said Bryan Kratz, senior vice president of financial institutions for First Data, in a news release.
The $235.7 million-asset 1st Capital provides lending, deposit sand cash management services to small and medium sized businesses in addition to specialized banking for the medical and dental industry.
First Data is a unit of the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. private-equity firm.
