Alliance Financial Services Inc. of St. Paul has promoted Cindy Cole to chief information officer of its $701 million-asset unit Alliance Bank of Lake City, Minn.
Ms. Cole, whose promotion was announced Tuesday, has worked for the privately owned Alliance Bank in various positions since 1979. Her most recent positions included senior vice president and vice president of operations.
She is also the chairwoman of the upper Midwest user group for Metavante Technologies Inc. of Milwaukee and has co-authored several market analysis white papers for Metavante.
