Atlanta Bank Adds Mobile App

Community & Southern Bank in Atlanta is launching a mobile banking app that includes a mobile deposit feature. The app is currently available for iPhones, Androids and Blackberry devices, the $2.2 billion-asset bank said Wednesday.

“As a financial institution that provides products and services to meet evolving customer needs, this app and its valuable features enhance instant usability and keep our growing client base in touch with the latest in mobile banking technology,” Jeff Whittington, chief banking officer for Community &  Southern, said in a news release. In addition to mobile deposit, the app allows users to view and search account history, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills and access branch locations.
