BofI Holding Inc. of San Diego has expanded its mobile banking offerings with a new app for mobile check deposit.
The $2.2 billion-asset company said Monday that the app can be downloaded for the iPhone and Android. The bank launched mobile banking last year.
BofI Holding, which is the parent company of BofI Federal Bank, is a national branchless bank.
"More and more customers appreciate the convenience of mobile banking and we are glad to offer these advanced services," said Greg Garrabrants, BofI Federal Bank's president and chief executive, in a press release.
