Card Briefs: Visa to Use Game Based On TV Show for Marketing

SAN FRANCISCO - Visa International teamed up with CBS to sponsor the 1995 CBS Eye on Family National Tour, scheduled to visit 25 shopping malls throughout the United States.

Over the next six months, mall visitors will learn about automated teller machine and debit cards as they participate in an interactive shopping game based on the prime-time hit "The Nanny."

The first stop on the tour, Phoenix, attracted 4,000 consumers. The tour will also visit Albuquerque, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Tampa, Miami, and Danbury, Conn.
