Century Bank of Medford, Mass., has selected Invoice Cloud to provide e-billing technology services for its customers.
Under the partnership, the $2.9 billion-asset bank will offer electronic bill presentment and payment, access to replicas of bills online, customized email reminders and online payment options to its clients through Invoice Cloud, based in Braintree, Mass.
"Century Bank has always strived to provide our clients with access to industry leading solutions that increase productivity, decrease expenses and provide their constituents with an improved customer experience," Barry R. Sloane, Century Bank’s president and chief executive, said in a news release. "We are extremely pleased to offer our clientele state-of-the-art, customized lockbox solutions along with emerging electronic billing and payment processing channels."
