Chicago Bank to Use Fiserv Platform

Oak Bank in Chicago will use the Premier bank platform and outsourced processing services from Fiserv (FISV).

The $218 million-asset Oak Bank will use the technology to expand its footprint, Fiserv, based in Brookfield, Wis., said Wednesday. Additionally, Oak Bank will use a suite of other products from Fiserv, including bill payment, mobile banking and branch and merchant check capture.

"We want to be able to serve our customers wherever they are — whether they're snowbirds, frequent travelers to foreign countries or residents of a new neighborhood," Rob Sullivan, vice president and chief financial officer of Oak Bank, said in a news release. "Our customers expect robust digital offerings that include fully integrated, single sign-on access to online information."
