Citizens Bank Selects Jack Henry's Silverlake

The Citizens Bank in Batesville, Ark., will use Jack Henry & Associates Inc.'s SilverLake core processing system to provide enterprise-wide automation.

The $530 million-asset Citizens Bank will implement SilverLake through Jack Henry Banking's outsourced offering, the Monett, Mo.-based Jack Henry said in a press release Tuesday.

"Our bank is strategically poised for growth but we needed a leading-edge technology platform to support our near- and long-term growth goals," John Dews, president of The Citizens Bank, said in a press release. "We launched a thorough, 12-month evaluation of technology platforms and we discovered that SilverLake and Jack Henry Banking's extensive suite of complementary solutions provide the functionality we need to power a more sophisticated and competitive suite of financial products and services."

Besides SilverLake, Citizens Bank will initially implement a variety of Jack Henry products including StreamLine Platform Automation-Deposits, Onboard Loans and InTouch Voice Response, among others.
