CSI Introduces Help Desk for Compliance Questions

For banks that have small, stressed compliance departments, Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is offering an advice service.

The Paducah, Ky.-based core processing provider said Wednesday that its ComplianceNet service lets users email compliance-related questions to a help desk staffed by experts who will respond with guidance within three business days.

The service, part of CSI's Managed Compliance Services, also allows financial institutions to submit advertising and other material for review and feedback.

"Regardless of asset size or specific area of focus, compliance will always play a pivotal role in the success or failure of any financial institution," Tom Fedell, president of CSI's regulatory compliance division, said in a news release.

Companies that use ComplianceNet also receive updates and advice on compliance issues, monthly reporting on their use of the service and access to educational webinars, according to the company.
