Dexter Credit Union Taps Andera to Power Paperless Account Opening

Dexter Credit Union will use Andera's oFlows platform, a paperless system for account opening and lending.

"The oFlows platform allows Dexter Credit Union to better serve depositors and borrowers, wherever they may be," Stephen Angell, president and chief executive of the Central Falls, R.I.-based Dexter, said in a news release. "People today require convenient, self-directed channels of access — including tablets and mobile devices — to products and services. OFlows makes service delivery convenient for our members, and it puts Dexter Credit Union ahead of the competition."

Dexter has $123 million of assets and serves more than 6,000 members nationwide. Andera, based in Providence, R.I., provides software for online bank account opening processes. It acquired oFlows in late 2011.
