The changes include integration of Encompass Commissions for hosted Encompass360 Banker and Broker Edition clients and core updates that allow self-hosted clients to receive changes to Encompass360 without work interruptions, Ellie Mae said Monday.

Additionally, users can now view multiple documents as a single file within one window and loan officers can remotely find and price loans from mobile devices.

The new release, the first of two scheduled for 2012, has 230 upgrades with many focused on compliance, secondary marketing and trade executions. For example, new call reports have been added to help lenders comply with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry requirements while disclosure tracking for HUD requirements has also been added.
