Fair Isaac Corp. is partnering with Adeptra Inc., a specialist in automating call center interactions, to integrate FICO Falcon Fraud Manager 6 with Adeptra's Automated Customer Contact services.

FICO, of Minneapolis, said Thursday that the partnership with the Norwalk, Conn., company will allow financial institutions to flag and verify suspicious card transactions, simultaneously contacting customers in real time, using voice, text and email.

Fraud Manager 6 uses analytics and profiling techniques that help financial institutions identify threats at ATMs, points of sale and in risky geographic locations. FICO said it has begun delivering the service to the largest card issuers around the world, and that it is reducing the costs of manual fraud verification by up to 80%.
