Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) has named a Bank of America (BAC) executive as its chief risk officer.

Greg Montana will lead the company's strategic development and execution of its enterprise-wide risk program. Montana joins FIS from Bank of America where he was a senior vice president and senior operational risk executive. Prior to that, he was senior director of global risk operations at PayPal and served as director of operational, credit and compliance risk for Lloyds Banking Group.

Montana will report to Frank Martire, chairman and chief executive of FIS, the Jacksonville, Fla., company said Tuesday.
