Fiserv (FISV) has partnered with Earthport to provide international payments processed through the automated clearing house.
The partnership will allow Fiserv clients to process low-value, cross-border payments through PEP+, an online, real-time service for originating and receiving ACH payments. The integration of Earthport into PEP+ will allow Fiserv customers to improve efficiency and lower costs by creating one service for domestic and international cross-border payments processing, the Brookfield, Wis., company said Wednesday.
Earthport uses a payments framework designed for high volumes of low-value cross-border payments that provide access to local clearing schemes in more than 50 countries.
